About High Heaven Timberlands

High Heaven Timberlands was built on generations of experience, responsibility, and respect for the land. While the business itself formally took shape decades ago, our family’s connection to timber, forestry, and rural land management reaches back much further. For us, land isn’t just something to work on—it’s something to steward, protect, and improve for the long term.

Our roots trace back to the mid-1900s, when timber, farming, and land ownership were not just livelihoods but ways of life. That foundation shaped how we approach every project today. We understand that owning land is about more than what it produces right now—it’s about independence, legacy, and making decisions that hold up decades down the road.

More Than Logging

High Heaven is not a “cut-and-leave” operation. We are a full-service forestry and land management company focused on long-term outcomes, not short-term gains. That means we look at the whole property—its timber value, access, compliance, fire risk, future maintenance, and the landowner’s goals—before recommending any work.

Our services span forestry and timber management, fire mitigation, land clearing and mulching, rural development, timber valuation, timber deeds, and regulatory project management. Every service is connected by the same philosophy: leave the land in better shape than we found it, and make it easier for the owner to manage moving forward.

Experience You Can Trust

Our team brings over a decade of hands-on industry experience backed by proper licensing, certifications, and bonding. From advanced forestry equipment to septic and rural development credentials, we operate with the professionalism and accountability landowners deserve. We take pride in doing things the right way—especially in an industry where shortcuts are common. Because of this, many of our clients are able to remain largely hands-off. We handle planning, execution, compliance, and follow-through, so landowners can feel confident knowing their property is being managed correctly, safely, and legally.

Long-Term Land Stewardship

Land management is rarely a one-time fix. Forests grow, regulations change, fire risk evolves, and properties require ongoing attention. That’s why we work with many landowners on multi-year management plans that include reforestation, thinning, fuel reduction, road and access maintenance, and compliance oversight. We also help landowners uncover value they may not even realize they have. It’s not uncommon for people to think they “just have trees,” when in reality they may be sitting on a significant timber asset. Our valuation and planning services help landowners make informed decisions—whether that means harvesting, thinning, holding, or exploring timber deed options.

Built Around Landowner Goals

Every property is different, and so is every landowner. We begin each project by understanding what the owner wants to achieve—whether that’s improving safety, increasing timber value, protecting a home, cleaning up land, or planning for the next generation. From there, we balance vision with practicality, budget, and long-term sustainability. Our goal is not to sell the biggest project—it’s to recommend the right one.

Proudly Serving Rural Oregon

Based in the Willamina and McMinnville area, we proudly serve landowners throughout the surrounding region, typically within a two-hour radius. Our work spans agricultural land, timber properties, rural homes, farms, and recreational land.

At High Heaven, we believe responsible land management protects more than property value—it protects livelihoods, families, and future generations. We’re honored to be trusted with that responsibility.
